A private patio with a beautiful garden including a dedicated BBQ area , the unique and exquisite lower ground floor accommodation boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Offering striking high ceilings and 4m long floor to ceiling windows, the room is fitted with a fitted bookcase and a wall mounted Samsung TV control with two integrated speakers on each side. Additionally, the outside terrace provides a welcoming private space ideal for those sunny Devon days. The Officers Residence features access to gym/spa and pool, 1 allocated plus additional car parking and a cleaner once a week. Walk right out to stunning panoramic sea & countryside walks and enjoy a range of water sports.
